5k/10K Fun Run!
Bales Buddies Therapy Dogs Community Outreach are hosting a 5K/10K Fun Run And Walk to raise funds for our new Outreach Project. This event will be hosted at Decoy Country Park, Decoy Rd, Newton Abbot TQ12 1EB on Saturday, 17th September 2022, starting from 11:30 am. Participants can run/walk either 5K or 10K, depending on how adventurous you're feeling! There is also an option to only run/walk one lap of the course, which is approximately 2.5K; this may be a better option for the young ones!
In terms of tickets, you can either book as an individual or as a family/group. Participants under the age of 17 must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to register. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to run in the event. This is a dog-friendly event, but all dogs must be kept on leads at all times. There will be refreshment stalls, a raffle and other exciting things to see and do. As this is a ticketed event, make sure you book your tickets soon! Once you have booked your ticket, you will be sent a registration form and consent forms. From this, you will be given your runner number and full details of the day's runnings.

Bale's Farm
Bale's Buddies are excited to open Bale's Farm. Bale’s Farm offers a therapeutic outdoor learning provision for children between the ages of 5 and 19 with the aim to re-engage and re-inspire them with learning. We particularly identify those children who are currently not attending school, have no school placement, are home schooled or whose current placement is not working for them.

Information Event 14th October
We are holding a FREE Information Event where you can come to find out how we can help families and schools with assistance dogs.
The information event is open to anyone who may be interested in any of our services and would like some more information.
There will be a sensory play area for your child/children to enjoy and the wonderful staff at No Limits Café will be serving refreshments.

We are back!
Bale's Buddies are extremely happy to say our team has returned to work.
With new Apprentices just having started, we had 2 intense days of training.
We are looking forward to working with our fantastic dogs and families again, some for the very first time.

Covid 19 update!
It is with extremely heavy hearts that Bale's Buddies has made the decision to suspend all our training sessions during the COVID-19 lockdown.
We will be working in accordance with government guidelines as to when we can be operational again. We feel that we would be negligent if we chose to continue with any training at this incredibly difficult time of Global Crisis.
