One of the most rewarding aspects of having a Therapy dog is being able to go out and enjoy new things. With Bale's Buddies, our Therapy dog's undergo intensive training to help them recognise when their young person is struggling and to be able to respond to their needs, making it possible for them to explore new places and have new experiences, with their dog by their side
Mochi, one of our Therapy Assistance Dogs, supported her young perosn on a trip to Bristol to with her family. Her owner said "Mochi did BRILLIANTLY in Bristol. She stayed calm on the park & ride & coped so well in the busy noisy city centre which helped to keep Molly much calmer. So proud of them"
